What Customers Say About 80" x 27" Jump-o-Lene:

Within two days, there were two holes in the product. I called the company to explain, they offered to refund or exchange but I had to send back, at my expense.

My suggestion is do not purchase this product - it will get holes & you will not be able to return to Amazon. We tried patching the other holes & after inflating again, we found 5 more throughout the entire thing.

The shipping to return was going to cost more than the Jump-o-Lene. Now this big piece of plastic will be in the trash & my boys are very disappointed, as I am for the cost & inconvenience of this toy.

I purchased this for my 2 & 4 year old for Christmas. We patched them and then there were 2 more.

I'm well aware that some products may just be defective but it that's the case, offer to pay for the return shipping please.

Anyway, we contacted the company we purchased it from about exchanging it for a new one. Who knows what shape the new one would be in.On a related note.about a week after I had purchased this jumpolene, I saw the exact same one at either Walmart or Target for $10 cheaper than this one, plus I wouldn't have had to pay the shipping. I took pictures and emailed them but heard no response. When we took it out of the box to inflate it, we found three holes already in the vinyl. They finally responded, told me that they would exchange the product BUT wanted us to pay the extremely pricey shipping fee again (about $25) to send back the damaged product, and only had a few days to do this.

It arrived two weeks before and stayed well hidden in my closet until December 25. We know it wasn't our doing because we opened the package with our hands, not a sharp tool. First, they requested images of the damage. My husband and I decided to buy a vinyl repair kit at Ace hardware for $4 rather than send the thing back. I purchased this item for my youngest daughter for Christmas.

They were about 1 inch long and looked like it had been cut with a knife. I contacted them through amazon.com again.

The girls did like it and we had fun, especially my 3 1/2 yr old, but pain to keep blowing up.Pros: 1) fun and safe 2) big and roomy for 2 3) resting ledge inside on the Round ChamberCons: 1) Did not keep air 2) I used a battery Air Mattress Pump to inflate, not really strong enough to put good pressure in any of the chambers 3) hard to fill in the old air hole types that plug at top then you push in, REALLY HARD to dig them out after you depress the air valve inside the chamber 5) directions, what directions. Unfortunately after one day the big round chamber {where it says Jump-o-lene} never could keep air. Intex was the maker of my Jump-o-lene, and Amazon is now out of stock so I can only get a refund, girls will be upset/I read MANY reviews before making my purchase, you never know what you will get, but no response from Intex was a show stopper for me, Customer Service is the only way to keep customers from returning, suffice to say I will be searching for another Inflatable, not from Intex Bought this for my girls, 3 1/2 & 1 1/2 for Christmas 2009. Inflated it Christmas Eve so it would be surprise the next morning. 6) this may be the biggest Con, it really does not Jump for kids much, no spring action as a real trampoline has, kids can jump, but they are really creating 90% of their bounce by jumpingI sent an email to the manufacturer, but no response and did not have this product on their product List.

Amazon rep would only give partial refund and we have to pay return shipping. Bought in early November and 29 days later it was leaking in the bottom compartment. And pretty sad that Amazon won't take it back for full refund. We found the 2 holes in the castle and kept patching it for 4 months before finally giving up. Target or Walmart would have taken it back for a full refund.NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I have to blow it up 2-3 times a day now.

Some customer service. Got this jump o lene to replace another castle jump o lene from last Christmas that lasted 5 months. Bought another one, just not the castle one because my kids still love to play with the 400 balls we have in it. Pretty sad when a product that's meant for jumping and was never used for jumping springs a leak that's impossible to find.

It was big but we had the room. My daughter slept in it more than she jumped in it. I would recommend this product if you don't have cats.BTW, mine did not come with a patch kit, not that I could find the stupid hole anyway. Had it for about 2 1/2 weeks and it's gone. Not saying it isn't durable, but for my daughter who liked to throw the cats in it, it didn't last long. I wouldn't say the item was very bouncy either, but maybe with more kids.
